fermented fish, take two

I did another batch of fermented fish, this time with less salt than the first batch. The result? It stunk so bad I had to throw it away. Yes, the fish got bad and could not be saved. It was a waste of time and money but I learned my lesson. Put more salt! Lol. I have made another batch right after the one that got bad and I made sure there was enough salt in it. Who cares if it will take forever to ferment (if ever)? I will just wait. If nothing else, I can order more fermented fish from my friend in California while I wait for my stuff to do its thing. Perhaps I will get lucky with this recent batch.
