a week before Christmas

Do you have a list on what you will fix for Christmas? If you do, make sure it is not only healthy but delicious as well, okay? We know how we are during holidays. We eat and enjoy and do not think about adding a few more to the already bulging "love handles" but then when the holiday is over gets depressed because of the added pounds. Remember, it only takes a few slices of pie, or the ever present ham, and then the diet you have been working on for months goes down the drain. I am guilty of this and I am pretty sure I am not alone, lol. What can I do? Food tastes better when shared with family and friends. And the holiday cheer is a good stimulant as well. If only we know how to get rid of fats as fast as we pack them. But no, it has to be sweated out or else it will stay in your body for a long time unless one will use weight loss supplement like Anoretix then we have to get rid of it the traditional way. And for people like me who have all kinds of reason to delay going to the gym then good luck to us :D
